Terms and Conditions

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy (if applicable), and any license key or activation instructions, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Bot.

We provide automated trading technology only — we do not offer personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

The Bot is a downloadable Expert Advisor (EA) that automates trading strategies on forex, indices, commodities, or other supported instruments via MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

It includes advanced features such as auto lot sizing, intelligent risk management, multi-account support, and full compatibility with Prop Firm funded accounts (including FTMO, Funding Pips, The Funded Trader, and other leading prop firms), provided you strictly comply with each Prop Firm's specific rules and drawdown limits.

The Bot also supports private VPS hosting: after activation, you may download the official MQL5 script from your dashboard and install it on your own Virtual Private Server (VPS) for uninterrupted 24/7 operation.

We provide the software "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use under the terms of this license.

To use the Bot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and purchase.
• Comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your country.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Trading decisions are ultimately yours.
• We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, drawdowns, margin calls, or other financial consequences arising from use (or misuse) of the Bot.
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose and thoroughly test the Bot on a demo account before live trading.

Upon successful purchase and activation:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot on up to 3 real MT5 accounts + 1 demo MT5 account simultaneously.
• These real-account licenses may be used on Prop Firm funded accounts as long as you fully comply with the Prop Firm's trading rules, maximum drawdown limits, and any other restrictions.
• You may also download the official Pips Hunter Bot MQL5 script and host it on your personal Virtual Private Server (VPS) for continuous 24/7 trading.

The license is tied to your provided activation code/license key and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, license key, and activation code secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• When using the Bot on Prop Firm accounts or any broker platform, you must strictly follow that platform's terms of service. Any violation of Prop Firm rules (including but not limited to excessive drawdown, prohibited trading styles, or account breaches) is your sole responsibility.
• You must use the Bot in compliance with your broker's or Prop Firm's terms and any applicable regulations.

• All license fees are one-time and non-recurring unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely via our chosen gateways (credit card, cryptocurrency).
• Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy (3-day window, 80% refund).
• We may update pricing at any time with notice for future purchases.

You agree not to use the Bot for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Any form of market manipulation, abuse of broker or Prop Firm systems, or violation of trading platform rules.
• Sharing access with others or operating multiple unlicensed instances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Bot "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your access and license rights end, and you must cease using the Bot.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
