We recognize that automated trading tools may not suit every trading style or expectation. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available. Please read it carefully before purchasing, as completing your order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
You may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of license activation (i.e., when the bot is first successfully attached to your MetaTrader account or the license key is delivered/activated).
To be eligible, you must contact our support team within this 3-day window and provide:
Approved refunds are processed at 80% of the original purchase price. The remaining 20% covers payment processing fees, administrative costs, and licensing overhead.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (where possible) within 7–14 business days after approval.
Upon refund approval, your license will be immediately deactivated, and access to the bot, updates, and any support services will be revoked.
No refunds will be issued after the 3-day eligibility period, regardless of performance, market conditions, or personal circumstances. This short window allows thorough testing on a demo account before committing.
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the product (Expert Advisor / trading bot), we cannot offer refunds based solely on live trading results outside the eligibility period, as past performance does not guarantee future results and markets are inherently unpredictable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if abuse of the policy is suspected (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).
